Choose Our Commercial Asphalt Repair Services

When it comes to commercial asphalt repairs in Mississippi, choosing Ace Asphalt Paving means you’re partnering with experienced professionals dedicated to excellence. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the industry.

Why do potholes form so quickly in Mississippi?
The primary culprit is our heavy rainfall combined with high traffic. Water seeps into small cracks, softens the sub-base, and when heavy vehicles drive over it, the surface collapses. We fix these by cutting out the "alligator" cracked area and replacing the full depth.
Can you repair my lot without closing my entire business?
Yes. We specialize in "phased" repairs. We can section off parts of your lot so that your employees and customers always have a point of entry while we work on the damaged areas.
What is "Asphalt Milling" and do I need it?
Milling removes the top layer of old asphalt without disturbing the sub-base. It is the best solution for MS businesses that have "stacking" issues (where the lot has been paved too many times and is now higher than the curb or sidewalk).
Are cracks in my parking lot a liability issue?
Absolutely. Beyond the trip hazard for pedestrians, cracks allow water to destroy your investment. We recommend "crack sealing" as soon as you see openings larger than 1/4 inch to prevent expensive structural failure.
How do I know if I need a patch or a full resurface (overlay)?
If less than 25% of your lot is damaged, targeted patching is most cost-effective. If the damage is widespread, an overlay (adding a new 1.5" to 2" layer) is the better long-term investment.
